New release includes:
1. "Congratulations, You're Covered" link to "My Coverage" from Main page following successful login.
2. New eligibility questions
	a. In the past 3 years, with how many moving violations has the driver been charged?   [2 or less is OK]
	b. In the past 3 years, in how many collisions/accidents has the driver been involved? [2 or less is OK]
3. Eligibilty questions/answers are stored as document: Toolbox > My Documents > My Enrollment Application.
4. HSR's Compensation Disclosure is now available as review document: Toolbox > My Documents > Compensation Disclosure.
5. Drivers purchasing Occupational insurance will now have to upload their Lease Agreements as a condition of coverage.
	a. Upload Lease Agreements at Toolbox > My Documents.
	b. "Nag" alerts/instructions will appear to remind you of pending necessary uploads.
	c. Admins can identify drivers needing to upload their agreements by opening/reviewing report on Admin > My Reports.
6. Users with "Agent" access can review a list of their clients using this website on Admin > My Reports > Agency Report.
